For General Participants
Register for Conference Participation without Paper Presentation
Co-authors or participants credited in a paper who wish to attend the conference on the event day may register as non-presenting attendees subject to the registration fee rate specified by the conference committee.

After completing the transfer, please clearly specify the receipt issuance details and submit the proof of payment alongside your manuscript submission.
In cases where applicants (of all payment categories) do not present their paper, cancel, fail to attend the presentation, have their paper rejected by peer reviewers, or are disqualified from participating, the college reserves the right not to refund the registration fee under any circumstances. However, a designated representative may attend the conference on their behalf.
