Authors must strictly prepare their manuscripts in full compliance with the requirements. Incomplete or non-compliant papers will be returned to the authors for revision before being sent for peer review. High-quality papers selected as "Best Paper" are eligible for consideration for publication in the Journal of Southern Technology (TCI Tier 1).
For student authors (undergraduate or graduate), the student's name must be listed as the primary author, and the main advisor's name must be listed as the second author, along with academic titles (if any) and institutional affiliations in both Thai and English. The main advisor must also sign the paper submission form.
Register, submit the manuscript with payment, and attach the paper submission form at http://conference.sct.ac.th/
The college will process manuscripts for peer review only after the registration fee payment has been completed. Accepted papers will incur no additional fees. For rejected papers, the authors may attend the conference but cannot present their work, and no extra charges will be applied. The conference reserves the right to disqualify presentation eligibility under the following circumstances:
(1) The abstract, full paper, or poster does not adhere to the required template or format.
(2) Failure to make revisions based on peer reviewers' recommendations without reasonable justification.
(3) Subsequent discovery that the manuscript has been previously published elsewhere in any form.
(4) Non-payment of the registration fee.
Authors are solely responsible for checking the spelling and language accuracy of their manuscripts.
All submitted manuscripts must undergo preliminary checks for completeness and compliance with specified formatting guidelines.
The college reserves the right to reject manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 25%.
Research involving human subjects (if applicable) must explicitly state ethics approval details, including the Approval Code, within the manuscript to ensure transparency and compliance with ethical standards. The conference committee reserves the right to request supporting ethical documentation at any stage of review or publication.
Authors must transparently disclose any use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in preparing the manuscript, specifying the nature or purpose of its use and properly citing relevant sources. Authors must verify the accuracy of AI-generated content and remain fully responsible for the overall validity and integrity of the entire manuscript.
Manuscript processing will commence after registration payment is completed and proof of payment is uploaded.
Online presenters must present their papers via Google Meet in person on Friday, 12 March 2027. On-site presenters must present in person at Southern College of Technology, Thung Song District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Presenters who fail to present in person will not have their papers published, and an official notice will be sent to their affiliated institution/agency.

Regarding English abstracts, if Machine Translation (e.g., Google Translate) is detected or preliminary screening reveals that over 50% requires revision, a new translation by a language professional will be required. Alternatively, authors may request translation services from the college, where the manuscript will be sent to the Sew-SNode Institute for Intercultural Languages and Cultures of Southern College of Technology, subject to the institute's service fees.
